GLUTEN-FREE CRUST NOW AVAILABLE!

We know how important gluten-free is today in many people’s diets. We have been working on a gluten-free crust for awhile now, but we had to take some time to figure out the logistics in order to guarantee our customers the best possible solution.

AND NOW IT’S HERE – SAL & MOOKIE’S FIRST PERSONAL-SIZED GLUTEN-FREE CRUST!

THAT BEING SAID – The ingredients we use are 100% gluten-free, but the environment we bake in is not. On our menu, this crust will officially be called Gluten-Sensitive. We can safely call it 98% gluten-free because when we bake the crust in our pizza ovens, we sanitize and stop all other production to assure the least contamination possible. 

The main gluten-free ingredients are brown rice flour and tapioca flour. We highly recommend our gluten-sensitive crust for people with a gluten intolerance. However, we cannot for certain say it is 100% gluten-free, so we are guarded in recommending it for those with Celiac Disease.
